A diagnostic fee of €50 applies to every handed devices and is due regardless of outcome. If the repair goes ahead, this fee is deducted from the final repair cost.
Some faults only become visible once we're working on the board itself, such as underlying PCB or component damage. In these cases, a full repair isn't always possible. If the fix can't be completed, the diagnostic fee still applies, and the device is returned once any outstanding balance is settled.

Service requestWarranty
- Six-month warranty for the same fault, area worked on, or parts.
- Due to device condition, some repairs may not be eligible for the full duration. In such a case it will be communicated clearly before the repair
- Warranty is void if the board is opened or worked on by a third party.
Connector failure on a 16-pin connector after replacement isn't covered by the warranty. This connector has a known design flaw and can fail at any time, on a new or repaired card, regardless of repair quality.
